Mental Health Seminars
Whittlesea JFC is proud to partner with headspace and the Whittlesea Bowls Club to deliver a series of mental health and wellbeing sessions for our community.
These sessions are designed to support our players, families and coaches with practical tools around mental health, resilience and wellbeing in a relaxed, engaging environment.
Each session is age-appropriate and interactive, giving attendees real strategies they can take away and use.
We encourage families to support the Bowls Club by booking in for meals on the night.
Where - Whittlesea Bowls Club
When - Tuesday 19th May
- 5:00pm-6:30pm - Junior Boys (12-17)
- 7:00pm-8:30pm - Youth Session (U25- Senior Football & Netball Club)
- Thursday 21st May
- 5:00pm-6:30pm - Junior Girls (12-17)
- 7:00pm-8:30pm - Parents & Coaches

Let's Tackle MND - WJFC Big Freeze Event
The Whittlesea Junior Football Club is proud to be taking part in this year’s DIY Big Freeze as we come together to help FightMND tackle the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).
As a club, we’re all about teamwork, community and supporting one another, and this is a cause that impacts so many families across Australia.
MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s ability to use their arms and legs, eat and swallow, speak and ultimately breathe — all in an average timeframe of just 27 months.
We’re asking our WJFC families, players, supporters and local community to get behind us and help make a difference. Every donation, big or small, helps fund better care for people living with MND, supports research into more effective treatments and brings us one step closer to finding a cure.

A strong team performance and a great reward for the effort this group has been putting in.
